Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy All private yoga, breathwork, wellness sessions, and group bookings must be reserved in advance through the booking platform or direct inquiry. A valid payment method may be required to secure your session. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, or no-shows may result in a full session charge. Because time and availability are reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not guaranteed for missed or late-cancelled appointments. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to honor the next scheduled booking. Full session pricing will still apply. Waitlist Policy If a session or event is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will be notified in the order they joined the list. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received. Group & Event Bookings Private group sessions, retreats, workshops, and special events may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. Final guest count and payment details must be confirmed prior to the event. Health & Safety By participating in any yoga, breathwork, or wellness session, clients acknowledge responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being and agree to practice within their personal limits. Please notify your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns prior to the session.
