Where have I been & what's happening next?

Let's jut get right into it.

I've been quiet.

For nearly six months, I stepped away from showing up online the way I normally do. Not because I was giving up. Not because I didn't care.

But because something wasn't sitting right.

At the beginning of this year, I invested deeply into growing my business. I hired a coach. I worked with a design team. I built programs. I prepared to launch my app and step into a bigger version of my work.

From the outside, everything looked aligned.

But internally, I felt disconnected.

I had built something centered heavily around Pilates, strength training, muscle building, and physical transformation.

And while I genuinely love those things and still teach them today, I slowly realized they represented only half of what I wanted to share.

The deeper truth is that yoga has always been the heartbeat beneath everything I create.

Not just yoga poses.

Yoga as a way of living.

Yoga as self-study.

Yoga as nervous system regulation.

Yoga as a practice of remembering who you are beneath the noise.

For months, I sat with that realization.

I asked difficult questions

  • What am I really here to create?

  • What work feels most alive in my body?

  • What would my business look like if I stopped trying to fit into a category and simply built from truth?

The answer was surprisingly simple.

I don't want to choose between strength and softness.

I don't want to choose between fitness and spirituality.

I don't want to choose between discipline and intuition.

I want both.

The yin and the yang.

The sweat and the stillness.

The workout and the meditation.

The body and the soul.

So that's what I'm building.

Moving forward, you'll see more yoga.More embodiment.More nervous system education.More retreats.More conversations about living the practice off the mat.

You'll also continue to see strength training, Pilates, and physical transformation.

But now they'll exist inside a larger vision.

One that feels honest.

One that feels complete.

One that feels like home.

If you've stayed here through my silence, thank you.

If you're new here, welcome.

And if you've been craving a different way to move, heal, reconnect, and grow, I'd love to invite you into what's next.

The EXHALE Experience and several new offerings are on the horizon, and I couldn't be more excited to share them with you.
